Hobbyist Transportation of Fireworks
Members that will be transporting fireworks to convention, in any year, need to review and/or complete each of the following forms:
- PGI Hobbyist Guidelines
- ATF License User Agreement
- Please download the form, then complete your information for the Convention Year (your signature/date are required)
- Once completed, email your completed form to PGI President (Paul Smith) at president@pgi.org
- The President will approve, sign, send a copy to you, and store the completed forms for PGI records
